Ingredients:

  • natural yogurt - 100 ml;
  • water - 200 ml;
  • ginger root - 1/2 tsp;
  • cardamom - 1 tsp;

Cooking:

Cut the bread into small slices and place to dry in a low-heated oven. Put the finished crackers in a 3-liter jar and pour hot water to shoulders. Add 3 tbsp. sugar and cool to 35-38°C. Dilute the yeast in a glass of water and add to a jar of cooled water. Stir, cover and put in a warm place for 2 days. Then strain and add the remaining sugar and raisins, cork and refrigerate overnight. Kvass is ready! Do not throw away the thick, use it as a starter for the next portion of kvass or homemade bread.

Berry kvass

Ingredients:
800 g berries,
250 g sugar
4 liters of water
25 g yeast
1 tsp citric acid.

Cooking:
Mash the berries slightly, pour hot water and bring to a boil. Leave to infuse for 2-3 hours. Strain, add yeast, sugar, citric acid and leave to ferment for 6-10 hours. Strain and refrigerate before use.
Cumin kvass. Seeds of cumin pour boiling water, boil and cool to body temperature. Strain, add yeast and sugar and leave for 6 hours to ferment. Then remove the foam, add citric acid and cool.

Drink "Royal"

Ingredients:
1 water
1 lemon
½ stack Sahara,
2 tbsp honey,
1-2 tbsp raisins,
5 g yeast.

Cooking:

Squeeze out the juice from the lemon. Slice the lemon peels and cover with water. Put on fire and boil for 2 minutes, cool, strain and add raisins, honey, juice and yeast. Put in a warm place to ferment for a day or two. After fermentation, remove the foam, pour into a container with a tight-fitting lid and refrigerate for three days. Serve with a lemon wedge.

Everything is elementary: we cook syrup from water and sugar with the addition of strawberry halves, lemon juice and zest.

Cool, beat with a blender, pass through a sieve - you're done! To enhance the cooling effect, a portion of ice is required.

Let's move on to the Indian refreshing lassi. It is often served in the homeland after another meal with an abundance of spices.

Lassi is a simple mixture of yogurt, milk (or water), spices and/or fruit.

Whisk milk with yogurt and honey with a whisk until foam forms on the surface.

Pour the drink into glasses and sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon and ground cardamom.

Milkshake with mint

A favorite children's delicacy - a milkshake - according to our recipe, cools not so much due to the presence of ice cream in the composition, but due to a drop of mint extract. The latter can be safely replaced with high-quality essential oil, which is suitable for human consumption. Ingredients:

  • water - 250 ml;
  • strawberries - 4–5 berries;
  • lemon juice - 20 ml;
  • lemon zest - ½ tsp;
  • sugar - to taste.

Cooking

  1. We mix all the ingredients in a saucepan and put on fire. Boil the berries for 3 minutes after boiling and leave the lemonade to cool.
  2. Beat the drink with a blender and filter. Add a handful of ice.

Ingredients:

  • drinking yogurt without fillers - 250 ml;
  • milk - 120 ml;
  • honey - to taste;
  • ground cinnamon, cardamom - a pinch each.

Cooking

Beat yogurt with milk until foam forms on the surface. Sprinkle the drink with ground spices.

Milkshake with mint

Ingredients:

  • vanilla ice cream - 150 g;
  • milk - 180 ml;
  • mint extract - 2-3 drops;
  • green food coloring, chocolate chips - optional.

Cooking

  1. Beat ice cream with milk, mint extract and dye with a mixer until thick and a stable foam forms on the surface.

1) Summer soft drinks - Fruit iced tea

Make strong green tea, and when it cools down, pour it into glasses and add any fruits cut into small slices: orange, apple, grapefruit, lemon… A couple of ice cubes will make the tea especially pleasant.

2) Summer soft drinks - Lemon cool tea

Brew strong tea, cool it and place it in the refrigerator. Enrich the filtered drink with lemon juice (half a lemon per 1 liter of tea), add chopped lemon peel, a few mint leaves and a couple of fonts of essential mint oil. Very refreshing!

3) Summer soft drinks - Homemade lemonade

For one and a half liters of carbonated mineral water, take one and a half glasses of pure non-carbonated water. Add the juice squeezed from 2 lemons and 6-7 tablespoons of sugar, stir everything to dissolve the sugar. After the drink has cooled for several hours, it can be served at the table.

4) Summer soft drinks - Real kvass

Cut the rye bread into small pieces to make about two handfuls. Send bread to a three-liter jar, pour boiling water to the top. Let it cool, and when it becomes room temperature, put the finished sourdough - you will need 3 tablespoons, and the same amount of sugar. Put the jar with future kvass in a warm place and cover it with clean gauze in several layers. Keep the drink for 12 hours, sometimes you need to stir the contents of the jar. Kvass is ready, now it should be filtered and cooled.

5) Summer soft drinks - Berry juice

Boil 2 liters of water with sugar. Take 1 kg of soft berries or fruits of your choice. Suitable cherries, strawberries, currants, cranberries, etc. They need to be chopped with a blender, and then mixed with water, cooled and served. Even more useful is to replace sugar with honey, only it cannot be boiled, but must be added to warm boiled water.

Cooking:

Cut the flesh of the watermelon into cubes. At the bottom of the glass, put 5 peach slices, 5 watermelon cubes.

Place 2 ice cubes in each glass, then fill with lemonade and stir. If desired, place a piece of watermelon on the rim of the glass.

Ingredients:

Melon (cut into pieces) - 10 cups

Water - 3 tbsp.

Lime juice - 3 tbsp. l.

Sugar - 5 tbsp. l.

Cooking:

Puree the melon in a blender until smooth. Strain through a sieve or cheesecloth to separate the pulp.

Pour the liquid into a pitcher, add water and lime juice, mix well and add sugar to taste. Put the cocktail in the refrigerator.

At the bottom of the glass, put a large amount of ice, melon pieces, pour the drink and garnish with mint leaves.

The set of components of this drink is very modest: mint, water, lime and sugar, so it is better to take only the best and highest quality ingredients. For example, some branded sugar or bottled water.

Ingredients:

For syrup:

Sugar - 2 tbsp.

Water - 2 tbsp.

Fresh mint (but not peppermint) - 2-3 sprigs

For lemonade:

Lime juice - 1 1/2 tbsp.

Cold water - 8-10 tbsp.

Mint leaves (finely chopped) - ½ cup

Ice

For decoration:

Sugar - ½ tbsp.

Lime - 1 pc.

Cooking:

In a small saucepan, combine all syrup ingredients. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly, until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and crumble mint leaves into it. Cool syrup at room temperature.

Chop mint leaves and put in a jug. Pour in the syrup, add the juice of freshly squeezed limes, pour in 8 glasses of water.

For garnish, grate the zest of 1 lime and mix it with ½ tbsp. Sahara. Wipe the rim of the glass with a damp towel and place it upside down in the sugar and zest mixture. Carefully fill a glass container with ice and pour lemonade into it.

blueberry lemonade

Sweet and slightly tart blueberry syrup along with lemon juice is the perfect duo for refreshing drinks on a hot summer day.

Ingredients:

Sugar - ½ cup.

Blueberries - 1 cup

Lemon juice - ¾ cup

Water - 6 cups

Cooking:

To make blueberry syrup, place 1 cup of water and sugar in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until sugar dissolves. Add blueberries and simmer for another 3-4 minutes.

Strain the blueberry syrup through cheesecloth and set aside.

In a large pitcher, add the blueberry syrup, lemon juice, and 5 cups of water. Leave to cool.

Serve with ice and a handful of blueberries.
